Secretary's Report was read and accepted; Mindy Gagner

Treasurer’s Report was read and accepted; Don Collins

Don is concerned that the numbers are dropping and asked if we needed to raise money or at some point we will

be out of money.  He questioned if we should raise dues or maybe get the State Team to raise money.  The money

in the CD is State Team money and most of it originated from the alliance package.  Don questioned whether or not

the youth’s accounting was part of the problem.  He wondered if more is going out than is coming in on their side.

Don stated that he would like the Youth money separate again.  They already have their own checking account and

he would like them to use it again.

Norm and Don decided that they would sit down with a few other people and sort out all of the accounts and go

over expenses.  Further discussion on this was then tabled until next meeting at which point they will have figured

       everything out.

Regional will be held on Winni and hosted by Massachusetts.

Frank Scalise would like a copy of the by-laws.  Norm said they were on the website.  The State Team  rules are

on the Team page with by-laws.

We lost the battle with the Holiday Inn in Johnstown.  That was a valuable lesson that unfortunately cost us $700.

State Team deposits are due at the next meeting on April 14, 2008.

Chittenden County BassMasters was denied a permit for September 28 and 29.  There is no permits being issued

for that weekend because of youth duck hunting weekend.

Respectfully submitted, Mindy Gagner
