We are having an issue with The Holiday Inn in Johnstown. NY. We originally had reservations there for regional but after we heard back from Jamie at Adirondack Lakefront Retreat we cancelled the reservations at the Holiday Inn and they have no record of that so they have charged Norm's credit card for seven rooms which totals roughly $700. Norm has contested it so we are waiting to see what happens.

The 2008 Regional will not be held on Winni. Connecticut is hosting it and we don't know where it will be yet.

We are going to get two trolling motors and 20 props from Minn-Kota.

Norm ordered graphs from Lowrance- Next year's $800 certificate is due by February 15, 2008 and Bill Spence, offered to take care of it.

We discussed Tournament dates and locations for next year's qualifier and the three opens. The following was suggested:

                                        Team Qualifier August 23 & 24 ---Missisquoi Bay

                                         1^st Open June 29 --- Larabee’s

                                         2^nd Open-July 27 ----Crown Point Bridge

                                         3rd Open-August 17 ----St. Albans Bay

         A motion was made and accepted for the above dates and locations.

         Tim Austin would like to have the kid’s qualifier the weekend after the STQ. This would make it              September 7, 2008. He would also like to add a box on the state team qualifier form to put a check mark on the forms if you want to be a boater for the kids.
