Permit Requirements<=

permit for the entire season if one award is collected at the end or you co=

prepay and hand out award money at each event. Which means you could collect the =
money
up front and hand out cash as you go
Tournament Reports

We had a pr=
oblem
with some of our permits for our opens and the qualifier so there have been
some slight changes to the locations but not the dates and they are as foll=
ows:
the
first open stays the same at Chimney Point on June 28, 2009, the second open
will now be out of Mallet’s Bay instead of St. Albans Bay on July 26,
2009, the third open will now be out of Chimney Point instead of Larabee’s and the TOC will now be out of Strawb=
erry
Acres instead of South Bay.

State Team
deposits are due at the April 13th Federation meeting at the Gro=
und
Round.
·
We have sec=
ured
Green Acres for the location to stay at Regional’s in September. There will be a State Team meeting=
on
May 11th at the Ground Round at 6:00pm before the regularly
scheduled Federation meeting.

New Business

Bill Spence=
was
looking for a donation for his annual charity tournament which will be held=
on
August 9, 2009. In the past w=
e have
donated $250 and he would be grateful if we could do that again. This year =
the
proceeds will go to the LCI. =
They
are starting a bunch of youth stuff.
A motion was made and carried to donate $250 this year.

The Lowrance package is gone for sponsorship. Next year we need to be more aggre=
ssive
and take more pictures.

Sean Alverez approached Frank about teaming up with B.A.S.=
S. for
an open. We will take it back=
to
the clubs and see what they think.

and how to handle it.

clubs that have scheduled a tournament on the same day so there was discuss=

about making it a Club vs. Club.
